Final 2023
The final of the 17th Carcassonne World Championships was held in Spielezentrum Herne on Saturday 7th of October 2023. 42 players from 37 countries around the world where there to become new Carcassonne champion 2023. After five preelimination rounds, a quartely and a semi final matt Tucker from Great Britain and Alexey Pegushev from Latvia faced each other in the final game. Matt won and for the first time in history a player from Great Britain can call himself the new Carcasonne Champions! Congratulations!!!
