Final 2024
The final of the 18th Carcassonne World Championships was held in Spielezentrum Herne on Saturday 5th of October 2024.
46 players from 41 countries (new record!) where there to become new Carcassonne champion 2024. After six preelimination rounds, a quartely and a semi final Daniel Angelats from Catalonia and Jozsef Tihon from Hungary faced each other in the final game. Daniel won and Catalonia will be on top of the Carcassonne World from now on (at least until the next championship in October 2025)! Congratulations!!!
